I strive to service my customers needs whether you are shopping online or at my studio. I am dedicated to providing you with the best possible prices on all my kits and pattern designs, fabrics, supplies and giftware. I specialize in Batik fabrics and some unique hard to find specialty or hand dyed fabrics. Canadian customers can shop with confidence knowing that you will not be charged any extra duties, taxes, handling fees when the package is delivered to your door. My goal is to ship all online orders within 5 business days or sooner. Fabric is sold by the half metre and metre cuts only.
Shipping Policy
As a studio and small business, it is sometime difficult to compete with the big box store or larger shops and with the rising cost of gas and oil. To get my product to my customers, I am offering a flat rate shipping within Canada. I use Canada Post standard ground for all shipments.
Order Total of $0 - $20, your shipping cost is $5** For US customers $13
Order Total of $20 - $100, your shipping cost is $10** For US customers $15
Order Total of $100 or more, your shipping is FREE!** For US customers $20
Payment Options
I accept Paypal and Interac Transfer (email transfer or payment). I can also accept major credit cards that are processed by Paypal but fees may apply. I do not accept Debit online at this time.
PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are:
Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
Debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry.
Return Policy
I am very proud of my products and services and stand behind them! If I made a mistake please let me know and I will make it right! If you receive something that isn’t as you expected please let me know with 7 days. Postage fees are non-refundable. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on all my Kits, Patterns and Fabric.
